The villa is elegantly decorated and features 2 expansiveÃÂ terraces with beautiful ocean views, lounge chairs and dining area with a big BBQ.ÃÂ   On the ground floor of the villa:ÃÂ  The entrance leads to the living room and dining room, which is connected to an open, fully equipped, European style kitchen.ÃÂ  The living room / dining room feature views of the beach &amp; the Caribbean Sea with sliding doors that open for direct access to the garden and beach. The living room has comfortable lounge furniture and a big screen television.ÃÂ ÃÂ   The ground floor features 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.ÃÂ  The master bedroom has a King sized bed, walk-in closets, his/hers bathroom and a nice beach/ocean view.ÃÂ   The second and third bedroom each has 2 twin beds (can be connected to 1 King) and a private bathroom for each bedroom.ÃÂ   On the second floor of the house:ÃÂ  The entrance leads to the living room and dining room, which is connected to an open, fully equipped, European style kitchen.ÃÂ   The living room / dining room features breathtaking views of the beach and the Caribbean Sea with sliding doors that open for direct access to a BIG balcony.  The living room also has a big screen television and comfortable lounge furniture as well as a dining area for up to 16 people.ÃÂ ÃÂ   The spacious, semi-covered balcony has a dining/lounge area and a big BBQ.ÃÂ   The 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor are divided into a master bedroom with a King sized bed, walk-in closets and his/hers bathroom. The master bedroom has a spectacular ocean view.ÃÂ   The second &amp; third bedrooms each has 2 twin beds (can be connected to 1 king) and a private bathroom for each bedroom.ÃÂ   A stairway leads to the 3 floor of the unit, where you will find 2 master bedrooms that each has a King sized bed, walk-in closets, his/hers bathroom and a spectacular ocean view.ÃÂ   The 3rd floor also has a HUGE balcony with lounge furniture and beach chairs.  The villa rental includes a full-time live-in maid, villa hostess and a full-time private gourmet chef to prepare all meals for you. We offer a private shopping service, where we buy all groceries, drinks etc. for you and your guests. We charge the cost for the groceries + a 15% service fee.  Electricity is charged upon departure based on consumption (1kWt = USD 0,50).ÃÂ   All bedrooms are fully air conditioned.
