1. Points Earning System

Loyalty Tiers & Earning Rates

• Blue Tier: Earn 10 MQs for every 1 USD spent.

• Silver Tier: Earn 30 MQs for every 1 USD spent.

• Gold Tier: Earn 40 MQs for every 1 USD spent.

• Elite Tier: Earn 50 MQs for every 1 USD spent.

How Points Are Calculated

Total Points = Booking Amount × Earning Rate

Example 1 – $100 Booking

• Blue: 1,000 MQs

• Silver: 3,000 MQs

• Gold: 4,000 MQs

• Elite: 5,000 MQs

Example 2 – $500 Booking

• Blue: 5,000 MQs

• Silver: 15,000 MQs

• Gold: 20,000 MQs

• Elite: 25,000 MQs

Example 3 – $1,000 Booking

• Blue: 10,000 MQs

• Silver: 30,000 MQs

• Gold: 40,000 MQs

• Elite: 50,000 MQs

Earning Terms & Conditions

• Points are added within 2 days after hotel check-out.

• Points are valid for one year from the earning date.

• Cancelled bookings are not eligible for earning points.

2. Points Redemption System

Redemption Rate

1,000 MQ Points = 1 USD

How Redemption Is Calculated

Discount Value (USD) = Total MQ Points ÷ 1,000

Example Redemptions

• 10,000 MQs = 10 USD discount (37.5 SAR)

• 50,000 MQs = 50 USD discount (187.5 SAR)

• 100,000 MQs = 100 USD discount (375 SAR)

You may redeem a maximum of 30% of the total booking amount using points.

Redemption Terms & Conditions

• You may pay partially with another payment method.

• Points cannot be combined with:

  • Voucher codes

  • Mokafaa points

  • Qitaf points

  • Any other loyalty program

• If a fully refundable booking paid partially with points is cancelled:

  • The points portion is returned to your account.

  • The remaining amount is refunded to the original payment method.

• If a partially refundable booking paid fully with points is cancelled, only the refundable amount is credited back as points.

• Non-refundable bookings are not eligible for refunds.

• Points expire automatically after one year.

• Users will receive a reminder notification before points expire (e.g., 90 days prior).

• The user profile clearly displays the points expiration policy.

• You can redeem a maximum of 30% of your total booking amount with points
